Privacy & Cookie Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect on artisiainteriors.com, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.

Who is responsible for your data
Artisia Interiors OOD is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. If you have any question about your data or want to exercise your rights, email us at info@artisiainteriors.com.
What we collect and why
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, message and area of interest you provide, and use them only to reply to you and discuss your project. The form is delivered to us through Web3Forms, which processes the submission on our behalf. The legal basis is your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Only if you accept the cookie banner, we collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics (for example which pages are viewed, approximate region and device type) to understand how the site is used and improve it. The legal basis is your consent. Nothing is sent to Google before you accept.
Cookies
Our analytics are off by default. No analytics cookies are set until you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, and if you decline, none are set at all.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — set only after you accept, to measure how the site is used.
- Embedded Google Map — our contact page includes a Google Map, which may set Google cookies when it loads.
Changing your choice
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and stored data in your browser (which resets the banner) and then choosing “Decline”.
Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only so they can perform that service:
- Google — website analytics and the embedded map.
- Web3Forms — delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Vercel — hosting of the website.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our related business records, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings, for up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to how we process it;
- receive a copy of it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
Contact and complaints
To exercise any of these rights, email info@artisiainteriors.com and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian supervisory authority, the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), at cpdp.bg.
