Discovery
We get to know how you live, not just what you need.
A personal meeting or online call and a short questionnaire about how you live. We welcome you with a starter pack.

Concept & 3D
You see your space before a single item is ordered.
We prepare a concept and a 3D walkthrough that you sign off before anything is ordered.

Curation in the showroom
Touch the materials and compare finishes in person.
We book you a showroom appointment to choose finishes, veneers and samples in person.
04
Crafted & delivered
Italian-made, delivered and handled entirely by us.
We order from Italy, track production and delivery, and stay in touch on delivery day.

Installation
Installed by our own team, not subcontractors.
Our own team installs everything and carries out a final on-site check.
06
Aftercare
Warranty and support that don’t stop at the door.
We check in after completion and stay on hand with warranty and care.
